JOB DESCRIPTION One of the Country's leading providers of home sight tests to individuals in their own homes are seeking an Optical Advisor to cover Glasgow and surrounding areas to help us to deliver eye care to people in care homes and their own homes. As a member of our team you will be expected to take part in all activities associated with an Optical Advisor. This will include advice and guidance on suitable frames and lenses for each individual and helping with repairs and adjustments. You must have a caring nature, be reliable, friendly and confident and hold a full driving licence. You must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to build rapport with our patients, so they feel they are receiving the best service possible. Optical experience essential. This is a 3 month fixed term contract 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
