JOB DESCRIPTION This new post is joint funded between the Ayrshire Hospice and NHS Ayrshire and Arran thus enabling collaborative working between both clinical areas. You will be responsible for planning, developing and providing an excellent clinical pharmacy service for palliative care patients across the Ayrshire Community, Day Hospice and In-patient unit. You will p rovide expert advice in all pharmaceutical matters specific to the needs of palliative care patients, their carers and health professionals in all healthcare settings including the Ayrshire Hospice, our acute hospitals and patients in their own home. It is essential that you are an experienced clinical pharmacist with effective team working skills, have a postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy and a Practice Certificate in Pharmacist Prescribing. . recruitment@ayrshirehospice.org
