JOB DESCRIPTION We have part-time and full-time vacancies available, with flexible shift patterns between 9am and 9pm. The work involves conducting telephone interviews on a variety of subjects, both with other businesses and with consumers. We provide full training on research methods, interviewing techniques, interviewing software and detailed project briefing. The role deals purely with research - no sales involved. Good communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a close team, able to prioritise your workload and general computer proficiency. Previous experience in customer service, research, market research or telephone based roles is an advantage.
