JOB DESCRIPTION Semi-skilled Maintenance Operative - Labourer is required to join our team within NHS Tayside, Dundee Community. Minimum requirements for the post are a recognised Qualification in Building Maintenance or equivalent approved qualification and vast work experience in a building construction/maintenance environment. A full clean Driving Licence is required for this post. The main duties of the post will be to carry out Building Labourer duties to help provide / maintain Building Services to meet the needs of the service. You will also assist in the installation, repair and maintenance of building structures, grounds and fixtures within all properties, and to contribute to the maintenance of building fabric within the organisation under the instruction of the Supervisor/Chargehands.
