JOB DESCRIPTION - As a Claims Advisor you will be helping consumers looking for compensation having been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance. As part of a rapidly growing team of Claims Advisors you will take calls from prospective clients, talk them through our services and explain the claim process. You will be working in a fast paced environment dealing with large volumes of inbound and outbound calls. As you will be working over the telephone it is vital that you can convey your knowledge, enthusiasm and energy over the telephone effectively. You will be given extensive training on the consumer rights, the claims process, call handling and selling skills. The Contact Centre opening hours are Monday Friday 8am 9pm, Saturdays 9am 6pm and Sundays 9.30am 5pm. Full time roles will be 37.5 hours per week during the operating hours above on a rota basis.
