JOB DESCRIPTION - Must have GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent, a sympathetic appreciation of elderly customers needs and desires, demonstrate previous admin experience, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good writing skills, IT literate, be pro-active and supportive in a team, adaptable and helpful, flexible with hours including unsociable hours> . Duties will include provide and arrange services face to face and by telephone, work competently and compliantly within the limits of FSA, follow all procedures, providing all information for customers, closing sales and achieving targets. Full training will, be provided. An understanding of Age enterprises would be useful. Previous experience of working in an insurance environment would be advantageous.
