JOB DESCRIPTION Temporary until end September 2012. Previous horticultural experience preferred, but not essential. You must have excellent time keeping skills. Full driving licence essential, as on occasions you may be required to drive the company van. You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Duties involve carrying out a wide range of commercial ground maintenance, such as mowing lawns, weeding, planting, hedge trimming and any other related tasks. Previous applicants need not apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION As Estate Manager you will manage all aspects of Grounds Maintenance.You will ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently, within agreed programme schedules and within budget, alongside providing outstanding customer service. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement and best practice across the business.You should be educated to degree level and or hold a relevant and equivalent horticultural qualification. Experience of working in a similar role and or industry that relates to or is connected with grounds care or estate management, is essential.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are required as is a full clean driving license.You should also be confident in the use of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
